Saveable Reports for the Unapplied Payments/Credits page

I'd love the ability to save my filter sets on:

Financial>>Billing>>Current>>Unapplied Payments/Credits

I imagine it would look like the interface at:

Financial>>Billing>>Current>>Pending Charges
