When we have the lockdown browser selected, is there a way to make populi ask for the password from the proctor to allow the student to re-enter the exam? Or can it alert us immediately when a person exits the exam? Currently, we can't see if people exit until after the exam is submitted.

Adam Sentz Stephanie Neuerburg - I'm not sure I understand to core functionality that is desired here. What do you mean by "re-enter the exam"? Did they close their browser or log out of Populi, or did they simply blur the exam window by going to another tab or application? What do you mean by "alert us immediately"? What would that look like, and how would it be useful? Generally speaking, being able to enter the password means that the student got the password from their proctor which means they are currently being proctored. What would be the purpose of having to ask the proctor again for the password later while taking the same test? Is this a different password than before?

Stephanie Neuerburg Currently, when the students exit the lockdown window, it does not exit the exam, but we are trying to reduce the potential for cheating. I would like to see an alert pop up onto the proctor's computer stating the student exited the exam, then that proctor would have to enter their populi password to allow the student to re-enter the exam. if that is not possible then have the exam end if the students exit the window to go to another page. When I have given my last 3 exams in the lockdown browser, it only tells me that a student left the window after they completed the exam which does not help to determine if cheating or AI was used.
