I have organizations set up to pay on students' behalf. Some have many students. They will get a link to the payment portal but they can't easily download the name + balance information for their own use. They can copy/paste, but it is not intuitive. Downloading an XLS/CSV file of the payment portal would be very helpful for their accounting teams.
