Report that shows how payments/credits are applied to general ledger accounts

I am wondering if Populi can run a report that shows how payments are applied to charges on student accounts.  We would like to be able to show how payments are coming in for different tuition platforms as well as Room and Board and Meal plans.  I can get a total of payments/credits each month but would like to see how these are applied to the general ledger accounts.
