It would be amazing if the system could send a pre-set (or customizable!) email to recommenders after they submit their letter, as confirmation they completed the form.
This could be once they upload it and complete the process, or, after the admissions representative Accepts the field. There are sure to be differing opinions on this, as we all have our own processes.
Right now, recommenders are consistently reaching out the applicant, sometimes me (the rep), to confirm that we received the letter a few hours after completing the form, as they are expecting a confirmation.
