Automatic ID Number Generetion

I was pleased to see this option. Is there any way that we can eventually automate gender, entry semester (even if this meant assigning Jan-June as "1" and July to December as "2") and undergrad vs grad? I'm sure that other schools have ID number systems similar to this. Here is our scheme: Numbering Scheme - The first two numbers are the academic year they entered (winter term for 2024-2025 school year is still 24). - The third is the semester (1 for fall, 2 for winter, 3 for summer). - The fourth is 1-5 for female; 6-10 for male. - The last is 1-5 for undergrad; 6-10 for grad.
