At our institution, we require students to submit a graduation application before they can graduate. As part of that process, we collect references for evaluation, so using Populi's application feature with the automatic reference request emails has been the most efficient option.
Our challenge is that each student already has an admissions application tied to their profile. Is there currently a way to have multiple applications associated with a single student profile (for example, an Admissions Application and a Graduation Application) and easily access both from that student's record?
Right now, our workaround is to save the admissions application as a PDF and attach it to the student's files so we can reuse the application feature for graduation. It works, but it's not very streamlined.
Has anyone found a better workaround or another process that works well? We'd especially love to hear if Populi has any plans to support multiple applications per student profile in the future. We have several staff members working behind the scenes, so anything that reduces manual steps would be a huge help.
