Blind Peer Review Exercise

The way the peer review assignment system is currently set up, it easily ensures that every student performs peer review but does not ensure that every submission is reviewed once. I understand that it will automatically suggest a submission that has the least number of reviews but since we are doing it together in class, all of the submissions have 0 reviews at the same time while the class is reviewing. I would like the option to hit some kind of "shuffle" once everyone has uploaded their submission that randomly and anonymously assigns peer review to every student so that each student performs one peer review and each student receives one review on their submission at the same time. My work around for the last 3 years has been making the students click one and write "dibs" in the comments so that no one else does the same submission but I would like a better fix if that is even possible!
