Hello! We would like to request a new file option be made available in a student’s learning accommodations info. Specifically, we would like to have the option to attach a file that is visible to the student’s Faculty and Advisors, such that when a faculty member clicks on the accessibility symbol beside a student’s name in the course roster, they can view the notes and an attached file.
We would like this to be an addition to (not a replacement of) the current option to add a file that is visible only to the Academic Admin and Registrar role.
Rationale: We are required to provide faculty with official accommodations letters (in PDF format) in addition to the notes. We have been emailing these PDFs to faculty, but it would be much easier if we could attach them directly to the student’s learning accommodation info on Populi.
