Mapping Assignments to Program Learning Outcomes

I'm wondering whether Populi could add a feature whereby the school could tag each assignment (assessment) to one or more Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) in its catalog for the purposes of performing institutional effectiveness reports. For example, a research paper for Course X could be tagged to PLO 1.1, 2.1, and 3.2. This would help the school determine how well certain PLOs are being met.
