At this point in time there seems to be no 'Incoming Student' role. A role like this would be helpful so we can adjust a user's application to 'accepted' without them automatically getting a 'student' role until they have officially enrolled. Is there a way we could get this type of role into our system? Also--It would be helpful for the role to automatically adjust to 'student' once they have enrolled in classes.
The goal here would be to have a 'bucket' where people can land that is in between an 'active lead' and a 'student.' We have individuals that get accepted into the program but then don't end up enrolling (either going elsewhere or even just ghosting us!). It would be helpful to have this roll. Thanks!
