We would benefit from having a form payment (fee) OPTIONAL. This would enable us to collect a fee within Populi in conjunction with form submission, OR to allow the respondent to pay by another means.

Adam Sentz Andy Rice - You can allow them to select a "Charge to Account" option which will let's you invoice them later and they can pay via whatever means.

Andy Rice That is a good work around for folks already using Populi. But I'm wonderng about something for instances where they are not (or not yet) in Populi?
