Set Minimum Grade for Any Assg.

I'd like to be able to specify a minimum grade for any assg. If student fails to meet the threshold, he must repeat the assg until he meets it. This would be much more useful to me than the existing "mandatory pass" option for which the threshold cannot be adjusted (so far as I know). Thanks, Mark
