There should be a Campus Life role that others on campus can have that give Residence Life information (e.g. dorm room, RA assignments, etc) that does NOT inclide Discipline.
For example, incoming students work with their Admissions Counselors and need to know their dorm room, floor, RA, etc., but those Admissions Counselors do not need to be able to see their discipline records after they enroll.
