When I set evaluations available, they are reported as being *not* available.

Please, please change the wording of the popup indicating that evaluations are not available to students when, in fact, the popup clearly shows the date range during which they are available. You could remove the word "Not," you could replace "Not Available" with "Pending," you could set the wording = "Not Yet Available"--virtually anything other than what you currently show: "Not Available [date range]."
