Phone Number Validation and Country Information- Application form

Request:
We would like to request enhancements to the Phone Number field in the Populi Online Application Form.

Current Issue:
Currently, the Phone Number field does not have validation, allowing applicants to enter phone numbers in different formats or incorrect lengths. There is also no option for applicants to select their country or country code, which results in incomplete phone number information in the application data.

Requested Enhancements:

1. Phone Number Validation
   Add validation to ensure applicants enter a valid phone number and appropriate number of digits.
2. Country Code Selection
   Add a country code selection/drop-down to the Phone Number field.
3. Country Selection
   Add a country selection option so that the applicant's country can be clearly identified.
4. Store Country Code and Phone Number Together
   Ideally, the selected country code and phone number should be stored together in the application data in a standardized format.

Business Reason:
Students proceed directly from the application form to the payment stage. Capturing accurate and standardized phone number and country information during the application process would help us maintain cleaner and more reliable student/lead data and improve overall data accuracy.

We would appreciate it if the Populi team could review this request and advise whether these enhancements can be added to the Online Application Form.
