Anywhere there's an export function (Contacts, Leads, Applications, Enrollments, Accounting Transactions, Billing Charges, etc.), we should be able to export more than 10,000 rows, even if for no other reason than that as it stands, I could export 9,999 rows with 20 fields each (199,980 data elements), but not 10,001 rows with 2 fields each (20,002 data elements), which is silly.
