Financial aid scenario:
Student enrolls in distance education classes over multiple sessions with different start dates. The financial aid office awards Federal Student Aid based on the student’s eligibility and initial enrollment status/intensity and then processes a partial disbursement early in the enrollment period. Later, the student drops/adds coursework with a future start date in the enrollment period. The student’s enrollment status and enrollment intensity is changed.
The previously processed disbursement was based on the student’s original enrollment status and enrollment intensity.
Populi does not enable the user to edit the disbursement that was processed before the drop/add or sync updates to COD. The user must go into the federal database and manually enter the enrollment status and enrollment intensity data in COD.
Can you add a feature that enables users to edit data and sync edits to COD for disbursements that are already processed?
