Key Need: Large organizations have far too many clicks and typing to pay student's bills efficiently.
We have organizations with >40 students. When they receive the organization payment portal, it is very inefficient for them to pay all students - they have to go student-by-student and re-enter the exact same payment information over and over. As it stands today, our customers (organizations) will not use the portal because it is so many clicks.
Possible implementations:
1) Please allow payment ACH / Card data to be saved within the session, so that each time they click "Pay Now", the payer information is auto-populated into the name, address, and ACH info.
2) (Preferred) Put a bulk payment on the primary payment portal screen where one ACH payment can be applied to many students. For example, check all the students you want to pay, then click "pay now" followed by a single ACH entry that pays all selected students with one major transaction.
