Hello, Populi support.

 

I request that automated certificates option be available upon completion of a course.  

There would be a setup dashboard to set parameters like 

• Automated upon completion
• Manual override
• Set up the certificate for each course or student type with the required fields for each certificate 
• Attached is a sample of certificates, e.g. we upload the image, the setup is to drag/drop the required fields placement, e.g. name, course, signature date, course start date, course end date, credential type, credential number. 

I can send certificates as examples.

  I just had the same question to the support team this week! We have a lot of third-party platforms soliciting this service, but we want to keep everything in Populi, especially because we predominantly serve our professional graduates who are already in our system.

  I have seen many reports about schools diversifying into continuing education as higher ed enrollment remains low and the future of federal funding for longer post-baccalaureate programs has been uncertain for some time.  Hopefully with the national trend, this can move up in priority!

  In the meantime, we are trying to customize transcript templates to see if this can fit our needs instead, but the workflow is still a bit of a challenge.
