There's a separate idea for making duplicating communication plans easier. In our case, one case for duplication is to translate all the email templates contained in a communication plan.
It would be nifty if, at the time a communication plan is applied, a language chould be chosen to govern which version of an email template gets added to the plan. This would eliminate a proliferation of email templates and communication plans.
