It would be very useful to have a place where I can see all the system emails Populi might send, and the context/condition for sending.
My main reason is I want to edit the Localization of the emails people might receive from Populi, but I know only about the ones I got, and have no place to check whether I went through all of them.
Another reason is when a student doesn't recognize they got the "welcome" or "forgot/reset password" email, and I want to help them search it directly - I shouldn't need to find *my* original email to understand how it's worded, what's the exact subject and who's the sender...
