Enable a translation for the variables college_name, institution_name

We use the Hebrew Localization, meaning:

1. In the Localization we want to use Latin letters as little as possible
2. A mix of Hebrew and Latin letters in the same paragraph (All the more so in the same sentence) could cause scramble in the text direction and alignment.

We'd like to use our Hebrew Institution name, but in contrast to mostly every other input we entered (like term names, or even custom fields and custom field values) we can't find it in the Localization menu
