We would love to have a customizable Lead Rating field for Leads.
Schools could define their own rating scale according to their admissions/recruitment process; for example, Hot/Warm/Cold, High/Medium/Low, or a numerical scale.
The rating would ideally:
- be visible as a column on the Leads list;
- be sortable;
- be filterable; and
- be editable directly from the Lead record/list.
For example, our admissions team could rate a lead based on our assessment of how likely they are to attend, allowing us to quickly identify and prioritize our strongest prospects.
We realize different schools would use different criteria, so we would prefer that the rating values be customizable by each school rather than having Populi impose a particular definition or scoring system.
