We would like the ability to load and retain all coursework from a transfer student’s previous institutions, rather than only the credits that can be applied toward the student’s current degree.
Currently, we can only load transfer credits that are usable for the student’s degree audit. While this works for determining degree progress, it does not give us access to the student’s complete academic history.
For Financial Aid, Athletics, Academic Records, and compliance purposes, we need to be able to view all coursework a student has completed, including courses that:

Do not apply toward the student’s degree

Do not meet our transfer requirements

Have failing or otherwise non-transferable grades
We are not asking for all transfer coursework to count toward the student’s degree. We would simply like Populi to retain and display the complete transfer transcript, while continuing to distinguish which credits are accepted and applicable to the student’s degree.
This would allow us to maintain a complete academic history without changing how transfer credits are applied toward degree requirements.
