When a transcript is emailed to a third party, we are left with the original transcript to mail to the student. However, the transcript request form does not include a field for the student's current mailing address, requiring us to contact the student to obtain this information.
Adding a mailing address field to the request form would streamline the process, eliminate this extra step, and help prevent delays in mailing the transcript to the student.
