Populi needs a scalable Forms management interface that allows institutions to organize forms into departmental folders or expandable categories, rather than displaying all forms in a single master list. Even at our small institution, we currently manage 65 forms. For larger institutions, this flat structure creates significant challenges for navigation, administrative efficiency, and information governance.

Adam Sentz Official comment You can already add organize Forms by adding Categories to them, and then use Categories and other conditions to create your own lists via the Filter on the Forms list. If you'd like assistance learning how to use saved reports in the filter just reach out to Populi Support.

Brittany Kemlo I agree that it would be helpful to have more organization ability with Populi forms!

Tom Aldrich I knew about the categories feature. Having to use a filter to find your category adds another layer that could be simplified with a simple folder type organization feature. For example, what if I have ten different categories...now anyone searching has to remember which categories exist so they can enter into the filter. Just not very user friendly.
