When emails are automatically sent through Forms, they should appear in the Activity Feed of the individual as well.

CfaN SOM Admissions Please it is so confusing to look at the activity feed and see all the communication with the student.
Also, add emails sent through communication plans to the activity feed. It looks like they have never heard from us. The notification email doesnt show either. Why?
