Adobe Acrobat electronic forms can be signed in a given order by multiple people. Can this somehow be done in Populi forms?
We have an Intent to Graduate form that seniors complete in order to graduate. The current paper form requires clearances (signatures) from Financial Aid, Student Life, and Business Office.
At this time, I'll be making half the form electronic and the other half still hard-copy based. But if I could add individuals (and their required signature) from each of those departments to a Populi form, then I could eliminate the need the need for any paper form.
Maybe the form creator could use Communication Plan or To-Do to assign form tasks to specific people?
