Populi Forms - Multiple Signatures

Adobe Acrobat electronic forms can be signed in a given order by multiple people. Can this somehow be done in Populi forms? 

We have an Intent to Graduate form that seniors complete in order to graduate. The current paper form requires clearances (signatures) from Financial Aid, Student Life, and Business Office.

At this time, I'll be making half the form electronic and the other half still hard-copy based. But if I could add individuals (and their required signature) from each of those departments to a Populi form, then I could eliminate the need the need for any paper form. 

Maybe the form creator could use Communication Plan or To-Do to assign form tasks to specific people?

  Hi all, adding multiple office-use signatures is currently possible! So in the example above, you could add Financial Aid, Student Life, and Business Office office-use-only signatures to the form, and then for bonus points you could set up an automatic email Form Notification whenever the form is submitted to let the the proper staff members know they need to sign it.

  [Registrar] Villafana - We have a raft of improvements to Forms in progress and this is one of the kinds of things we want to address. Stay tuned for those updates and let us know if you're able to eliminate the need for the paper form or not.

  It would definitely be helpful to be able to assign/task submitted forms to be reviewed and signed by a faculty advisor, academic dean and/or other individuals/departments including a notification email with a link to the specific form they need to review.

  I agree that this would be extremely helpful for various forms - incomplete requests, intent to graduate, degree completion verification, and admission into a program.

  This is great James! It sounds like these are internal signatures, correct? If so, that's a wonderful feature. 
  Is there an option to have outside signatures from a parent?

  Hi Maddie, you're correct: we only support multiple internal/office-use signatures at the moment, plus a single signature from the person the form is attached to, so it wouldn't be possible to add a parent signature currently. We're always looking for more information about use-cases though, so what sorts of forms do you have that require parent signatures, if you don't mind my asking?

  Hi, All.

  Is there currently a feature whereby we could have a student sign on each page of a document (vs. initialing on earlier pages and signing on the last page)? Thanks in advance for any insights. If this is not currently possible, do you envision it being possible in the near future?
