It would be great to be able to give multiple due dates for a discussion forum. For example, many of our professors require students to post by Wednesday each week, but they have until Saturday to post a reply. Having those due dates built into the assignment would be fantastic.

Timothy McNinch Yes! I do this, and end up having to make the "reply" due date the official one in Populi. Then I have to communicate with students that their initial post is actually due earlier (and I have to check that manually). It would be very helpful to assign a due date for the initial post, and a separate due date for the replies.

Jordan Satterfield I make the original post the due date because that is the critical one so others can start commenting. But then I have to explain that their replies aren't really late. Would be nice to have a setting with separate due dates.
