Looking for a way to include deceased members in the Organization membership no matter if they are marked deceased on the main user profile or as part of their exit reason from a program. We use organizations as Sponsor (those who send students to us) and it would be great to see all prior and present members even if they are deceased. Right now, it seems, that only those who are associated with a program and have an exit reason of "deceased" will show on the member list of the organization but this is not true for those who are marked deceased on the main profile.
