Resident Assistant user role

Want to have a Resident Assistant User Role created
Then we want a tab so the Resident Assistant can do inspections of rooms
As a part of those inspections we want to give the Resident Assistant the ability to document a maintenance issue by using a computer/ipad to take a picture and send a short description to maintenance.
For example: The air conditioner in Suite 101A is not working or there is a broken window in Suite 101B.
So we will need to see if we can add a field to each suite that allows for documentation.
I hope I am being clear on what I am asking

Also want to know if there is the ability to have a search feature for added for custom fields.
