Is there a way to set our (WYSIWIG) content area <p> size to 12 as is standard for most LMSs? Populi uses 14 for some reason.

Matthew Van Matre Just saying because you h6 setting is also size 14, which makes me think the default text would be the standard which is 12.

Adam Sentz Matthew Van Matre - I think maybe you're thinking in points (pt) instead of pixels (px). Obviously screens have different pixel densities, but the rule of thumb is that a px is 1/96th of an inch where a pt is 1/72nd of an inch. If you do that math you'll see that 12pt is equivalent to 16px. 16px is the standard body text on the web with 14px being the minimum for acceptable readability. Populi is pretty text dense so we went with 14px as the default for body text, but we bump it up where we can, and go no lower than 13px on ancillary text elements. 12px body text would be a pretty unpleasant reading experience even for users with 20/20 vision.

Matthew Van Matre Hey Adam,
Now that's an explanation I can nerd out on. That definitely needs to be in the Populi KB. Normal text = 14 px - sorted. If you have not figured it out yet - I'm a total Why guy.
Now, the question that comes, is why - why did L1 Support not give such a detailed answer? Maybe a training session will come out of this.
