FISAP aid application filtering

Hi, I saw that you updated your FISAP report to include students who attended but didn't have an aid application.

There is a different issue with the FISAP that keeps us from using the report as it is. When we have a student that doesn't submit a FAFSA but is eligible for a scholarship, we have to add an aid application with the Dependency and enrollment Classification in order to use the pre-populated disbursement dates for the scholarship. However, when we do this, we don't add income information. This adds an erroneous number of people to the FISAP zero income values that we have to filter out manually.

I know other schools may use this feature without FAFSAs while still gathering income information, but could there be a setting somewhere that would toggle whether an aid application is valid for the FISAP or not?

I can see two simple ways to do it. 1. Have a global setting for schools like mine to only include students with uploaded ISIRS in the "applied for aid" income portion of the FISAP. Or 2. have a check box on the actual aid application form that would filter it out of the income data. Something like "Do not include in FISAP".

Thank you for your consideration.
