We are using the dropbox feature to catch sent and received emails to link them in a persons activity feed. This manual process is cumbersome and time consuming, and often missed. This causes a full thread of communication to be missed in activity. We would request developing an automated way for Outlook and Google emails to be linked to a persons activity, based on the existence of the email in Populi. This would be such a time saver and would assure a full and accurate activity log.

Adam Sentz Jim Kirkland - Any additional automation is necessarily going to take place outside of Populi. Fortunately email clients usually have a way to automatically CC an email address on every send. An internet search for "automatic CC" plus your email client of choice should help you find instructions on how to set that up. Here are the instructions for Outlook, for example.
