Data Slicer - 'Any' Option for all Program Specific Filters

The data slicer has a number of key fields for filtering that require a program to be selected. 

All such filters should allow for an 'Any' option.

  Thanks for your interest Adam!
  For instance, all 'term' fields such as 'term GPA' or 'term united attempted' all require a specific program.

  I've now requested this again. Is there any possibility of making this seemingly small change. It significantly hampers report writing for my school.
