We currently receive emails whenever a student reaches a zero balance. However, it would be extra efficient if the email included a link to the student's profile so that we don't have to separately search for them.

Adam Sentz Matt McCaul - Looks like that email is being sent by an Automation. There's already a profile URL variable in email automations. I think Support is going to fix that up for you.
