Is there a way I can send the scheduled communications emails to more than one address per lead? I'd like to include parents and prospective students in these mailings. See Adam Kee for example.

I'm looking at the Activity feed for a prospect who has completed an application and can't see where the SMS button is.  Do I have to change something?

Thanks, is there a way to send current applicants request to give us permission to correspond via SMS?
