Hey i asked a similar question and i received this response: you can share question pools between different course numbers. So while you can't bring over a test, you don't have to rewrite the quest...

3. Edit ability on all fields for imported tests

Hey Richard when you are in the test tab if you click on the question sub tab (there are two sub tabs tests and questions) you will be able to edit your question!   Cheers Veronika
