Sandi Brubacher - There is already a setting to disallow students from uploading their own ID photos. Your Populi Account Admins can set it in Account Settings > Security.

Brent Graber - By Course Teaching Assistant settings seems like the probably the way to go. It's not uncomplicated to implement, but I think it's the most-likely-to-cover-all-use-cases option.
