Jeremy Perrott - I don't believe they can. The students can still get notifications via email though. If faculty need to email students, the option where Faculty have access to private contact info...

Clay McFerrin - Sounds correct. It's understandably confusing. The Resident checkbox is contextual and relates to their citizenship. Your school is in the US, they are a citizen of another country....

Twyla Gills - It's a personal setting so it just applies for the individual user. Also, you can also always click on a profile name to flip from one to the other if you need to check.
