Any update is this in the works? Seems like it would be a pretty standard option to make recurring invoices.

3. Fee Calculation tied to Deleting a course

We have also had this same problem - a deleted course that does not trigger refunds on the invoiced charges for that deleted course. It would be wonderful to have this process be automatic.
