This thread is still getting comments and I am still hoping for this feature.   I am shocked that this has not been higher on the priority list of development. 🤔

I am not sure why this is NOT already a feature. As the features are currently, we are required to apply the same communication plan to 50 different people...that is unfortunate.

This feature should be moved to the TOP of a developers list! Auto-assignment by application source would save so much time. I am looking forward to having this as a feature (hopefully).
