Step four: set up your online tests

Online tests let you design, administrate, and grade tests and quizzes.

  1. First, you'll set up your test, specifying administrative details including availability, time limit, and proctoring.
  2. Next you'll design your test with headings, text blocks, and, of course, questions.
  3. After your students take the test, you'll handle grading, some of which can be done automatically, some must be done by you.
  4. Finally, test grades are automatically entered in the gradebook.

To get started, go to your course and click the Tests view. You can add, edit, and grade tests up until the course is finalized.
