It would be nice for each user to set their own default term, rather than having a campus-wide default. To have to change the term each time I open a student it not efficient. For the most part, I work do work in a super term but my colleagues in faculty do work in a specific sub-term, my colleagues in the registrars office work in specific sub-terms at specific times, and my colleagues in the billing office switch between terms daily depending on their task. |

Jessi Harper This is also very frustrating when it is time to disburse and the enrollment auto-calculations are programmed to match the default semester. In our case, the default semester is changed by academics and if they are registering students for classes in an upcoming semester, the default gets changed to that. And then Financial Aid is trying to disburse on the current semester, all of the auto-calculated enrollments show mismatches that we have to manually override. This is an ineffective waste of time.
