Linking online application to organization table

One of the items we ask for in the online application is the person's home church.  Is it possible to have the system make the applicant a member of that organization (creating the organization itself, if need be) when the application is submitted?  This would have immediate and lasting benefits.

  Agreed!  It would be very useful to have this linked directly from the application itself to aid in data entry.

  This would be very useful for us as well. The more connections to organizations the better.
