Your program seems to be missing the ability to download in Word format so the instructor can utilize the 'comments' feature in Word. The only option I see for downloading a file is in pdf.

Adam Sentz @Rick - You can always download the file in its original format. Populi creates the PDF as part of its online document viewer so we also make the available for download in the viewer. We're going to make it easier to download the original document via the viewer, but it won't be a Word document unless that is what was uploaded.

Rick Boyd Thanks for the post/answer, Adam. Isaac has been working with me on this and I think I have a handle on it. I simply did not scroll down far enough on the page to see the documents in their original format. I have been able to download and add comments and I also see how I upload the newly commented documents with a corresponding grade. Thanks. Very intuitive. Just a matter of getting used to the distinctives and the location and operation of features, like any program. Again, though, very intuitive.
