Is there a way to change the settings so that when you add someone to the test availability exceptions, it will not automatically email everyone who has already been added to the exceptions? This has been causing confusion to students who were on the exception list but have already completed a test.

Toby Robinson Populi no longer emails students if their test exception has not changed.
