Communication Plan Email times

Currently communication plan emails go out at midnight. I'd love to see a feature that would allow us, during the creation of the communication plan, to schedule a time for emails to be sent. This feature already exists if I click individually on my "To-do's", but if I have a communication plan that is sending emails to hundreds of people that's not a reality.

  Yes!! I have been hoping this feature would be added for a long time, and was really surprised that it wasn't already an option. For marketing purposes and for communicating with prospective students, having emails sent out at midnight is not ideal.

  Jennifer, Populi did send me this photo with instructions on how to  change the email times, but from my understanding this would have to be done from your To Do's and would have to be done per person. I could definitely be wrong about that, but that's how it seems. I"ll upload the picture for you just in case you could find some benefit from it. 

   

  But just to clarify, this is not a fix to my original feature request. It does makes me hopeful that the feature is already there, it just needs to be implemented into a different spot. This, to me, not knowing anything about programming, seems easier than building from scratch.

  Thanks David. Yes I agree that is not a solution if having to change it person by person is the case.  Changing the email times like this would be extremely tedious and simply not possible. I am applying multi-email communication plans to hundreds of people.  Hopefully they will be able to implement this feature at the communication plan creation stage.

  Honestly, this feature may be make-or-break for our continued use of Populi in the future.

  Admins, is there a better way to bring this to the attention of those making decisions about new features?

  This feature appears to be added now - each email allows you to set a time when it will be sent when builidng a comm plan.
