I was informed last week that any student who has 2 straight weeks of unexcused absences is automatically withdrawn for Title IV purposes. Title IV money is required to be returned within 30 days. Is there an alert or notification that can be set up to tell us when this happens?
This is correct, in terms of the USDE requirement. I've seen a number of feature requests related to this, including from my institution, but don't believe any feature has been delivered on this yet.
I'm not sure if there's a canonical feature request for this to which all the rest are duplicate.
